The Landing at Fort Harrison has teamed up with Temple Spa to provide full service spa and beauty treatments. Temple Spa will offer everything from hair, makeup and massages to medical spa treatments like Velasmooth, laser hair removal, and Britewhite teeth whitening. Advanced skin care clinics are offered that are overseen by a Medical Director and Theresa Rennick, CMT, Licensed Esthetician, National Makeup Artist, National Trainer for SeSDERMA products and National Trainer for Market Technologies. Theresa has celebrity clientele and has trained physicians, estheticians, nurses, and other professionals throughout the United States on how to perform advanced esthetic procedures including Intense Pulse Light for photorejuvenation and hair removal, nonsurgical facelifts and body toning, Level I, II & III Chemical peels with microdermabrasion, Vascutouch Therapy and several other procedures. All treatments are performed by licensed Estheticians who have been certified through [comfort zone] training schools and with Theresa Rennick.

Guests of Temple Spa can enjoy food and drinks from The Landing’s restaurant and lounge, either before, during, or after their spa treatments. Unique to the salon, will be the ability to offer wedding packages to brides (and their bridal party) just minutes before their dream wedding right at The Landing! The spa will even cater to families and friends for spa parties during the day or evening.


Advanced Skin Care Clinic

All of our treatments begin with our Comfort Zone Tranquility Welcoming Ritual to inspire breath and induce a state of relaxation. Our comfort zone line of treatment products is from Parma, Italy and is exclusive only to Temple Spa at the Landing in this area. Only 500 salons and spas across the United States will ever be able to carry the Comfort Zone and Davines lines. You will find this line at luxury spas such as the Venetian and the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
We are also the exclusive carriers of SesDerma, which is a medical grade line from Valencia, Spain. Our advanced skin care clinic is overseen by our medical directors, Dr. Oommen and Dr. Singh; and Theresa Rennick, CMT, Licensed Esthetician. Please let your therapist know upon arrival if you would like to add a beverage or meal from the Oasis Restaurant and Lounge (additional charges apply).
Consultation

All treatments in our advanced clinic that involve peels or our equipment require a consultation. The price of the consultation is $30, but is refunded if the client proceeds with a service package. The consultation is designed to insure the highest level of success for each client's individual needs.

Emax Laser Treatments by Syneron (pricing determined at consult)

The EMAX Laser system from Syneron is the exciting new advancement in laser treatment technology. Featured on shows such as Oprah, Dr. Phil, Rachel Ray, The Doctors and Dr. 90210, this company is the most often sought out for cutting-edge technology. Instead of just using lasers or intense pulsed light, the Emax combines these as well as radio frequency and near-infrared light to make the treatments more relaxing and effective for the clients. This is referred to as their Elos technology.

Clients who have experienced IPL or Laser treatments in the past and have received treatments with the Emax have raved about the comfort of the treatment and the lasting effects received afterwards. The safety of the new equipment is equal to none as it constantly gauges the temperature of the skin, and will not fire if the area is not coupled correctly or gets too hot.

With several handpieces, clients can now enjoy treatments such as:

* DSL Effective, gentle and safe permanent laser hair removal: With the Emax combining RF, IPL and diode laser we no longer are limited to dark hair. As the RF does not see color, it just creates heat, the Emax DSL handpiece can effectively work on most gray and blonde hair in addition to dark pigmented hair. The addition of the RF also allows us to comfortably work on darker skin pigments so we can work on Fitzpatrick skin types I-VI.
* LVA Leg and spider vein improvement: Combining multiple techniques with Elos technology, we are able to work on leg veins and facial spider veins with minimal discomfort and little to no downtime compared to traditional IPL and Laser.
* SR Photorejuvenation: This handpiece does a remarkable job on sun damage (age spots), fatigued and aging skin. Because of the use of RF (radio frequency) in all our handpieces, clients will find the treatments more comfortable and effective.
