Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal uses laser light to target and destroy hair follicles in the treatment area. The intense, pulsating beam of light penetrates the skin, and specifically targets the darkly pigmented hair follicles. The energy is absorbed only by the hair follicles that are in the active growth phase, so a series of treatments is required to disable hair follicles at different stages in the natural growth cycle. The result is a gradual, significant reduction of hair growth in the treated areas.
